Counseling sessions are considered Holistic in nature, encompassing all human experiences. Sessions can assist with the recognition, understanding, and realization of transcendent states of consciousness in order to bring about full psychological maturity.

In addition to Metaphysics, I teach a combination of Buddhist Psychology, Western Psychology and Transpersonal Psychology.

I often provide consultation and guidance for other practitioners and students of metaphysics and psychology.

Readings can be 30 minutes or 60 minutes. I use a combination of Tarot and Oracle cards for predictive and narrative (story telling) readings.

Shadow Work or Inner Work is the process of learning about ourselves through our perspectives of our external world and relationships.

Shadow work is an important process for emotional, mental and spiritual maturity.

I use several techniques to teach Shadow work, such as dream interpretation, Oracle readings and pet readings.

Dream Interpretation is the process of assigning meaning to dreams. Using symbolism from altered states of consciousness to process waking states of experiences in an effort to correct or balance incongruent energy states ( i.e. depression, anxiety, trauma).

Pet readings are provided as a 30 minute session or a 60 minute session. Some people like to use pet readings to enhance their shadow work sessions.

Sessions require a photo of your pet.

Just as our houses get dirty and cluttered, energy (spirit) can also become stagnant and dirty (negative).

The thoughts and emotions of everyone in the home are also a part of this energy.

Sometimes called a spirit bath, a house cleansing is a way for that energy to disperse or transmute (Change) into more effective (positive) energy. We might already cleanse our homes on a regular basis, but sometimes houses need a deep cleanse. Using someone else’s tools and energy once in a while can help get to those hard to reach places.
